Chilled Peaches 'n' Cream Soup

You might be thinking this recipe is in the wrong place, 'cause who ever heard of a dessert soup. Trust me, this creamy soup is the perfect light ending for a summer meal. One taste and you'll be feeling really peachy.
What You'll Need
- 2 (29-ounce) cans sliced peaches in syrup, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ( pint) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What to Do
- In a blender or food processor, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; cover and freeze for 25 minutes. Serve, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
To fancy it up, garnish each serving with a dollop of lightly whipped cream and some thinly sliced peaches.
