Grape Brulee

With just a few ingredients, you can have the quickest, most elegant dessert.
What You'll Need
- 2 cups seedless red or green grapes
- 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to broil. Wash and stem the grapes, then place them in an 8-inch square broiler-proof baking pan. Cover
- with the sour cream and top with the brown sugar.
- Place the baking dish under the broiler for about 10 minutes or until the sour cream and sugar become bubbly. Chill thoroughly before serving.
- Makes about 4 servings.
