Grape Brulee

With just a few ingredients, you can have the quickest, most elegant dessert.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cup seedless red or green grapes
  • 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to broil. Wash and stem the grapes, then place them in an 8-inch square broiler-proof baking pan. Cover

  2. with the sour cream and top with the brown sugar.

  3. Place the baking dish under the broiler for about 10 minutes or until the sour cream and sugar become bubbly. Chill thoroughly before serving.

  4. Makes about 4 servings.
