Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping

With a batch of this favorite topper in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer, you'll have dessert on a moment's notice. 'OOH IT'S SO GOOD!!

What You'll Need

  • 2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet baking chocolate
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

What to Do

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat 6 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
     
  2. Bring chocolate mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
