  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes, divided

What to Do

  1. Pour mixed cherry gelatin equally into 8 large parfait glasses. Chill 2 hours, or until set.

With an electric beater on low speed, beat in sour cream. Fold in pineapple tidbits and layer evenly over cherry gelatin. Chill for 2 hours or until set.

  3. In a small saucepan, bring apricot nectar to a boil over medium-high heat.

  4. In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve orange or peach gelatin in boiling apricot nectar. Add remaining 1 cup ice cubes and stir until melted. Spoon over lime gelatin layer in each parfait glass, then cover and chill at least 3 hours, or until firm.

Notes
