Pizza for dessert? You bet! Rocky Road is a classic combination that's always a real crowd-pleaser.
What You'll Need
- 1 (7-inch) refrigerated pizza crust
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place crust on a baking sheet. Top evenly with marshmallows; sprinkle with candy pieces and pecans.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Notes
Get the kids in on the action and let 'em make their own personalized creation. They can substitute their favorite candy as a topping, and they can even leave off the nuts, if they'd like. Chocolate or caramel sauce drizzled over the top is a crowd-pleaser every time. Anything will do!

Sounds good, but for it to be true "Rocky Road", it needs chocolate pieces (instead of peanut butter) & slivered almonds (instead of pecans) :-)
