What You'll Need
- FILLING:
- 4 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks (you can use any type of apple)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/4 cup instant oats
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix filling ingredients until well combined. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix topping ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
