Strawberry Parfaits

We've recreated a favorite dessert from the luncheonettes of yesteryear. You're gonna love our Strawberry Parfaits, whether you remember them from your youth or you're trying 'em for the first time.
What You'll Need
- 1 (4-serving) package strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
What to Do
- In an 8-inch square baking dish, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water; cover and chill until firm.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes; place half of the cubes equally into 4 parfait glasses.
- Spoon half of the whipped topping into the glasses, followed by the remaining gelatin cubes; top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Serve immediately, or cover loosely and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Make your parfaits really stand out by topping them with big juicy red strawberries.
