- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 6 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 gallon container vanilla ice cream
What to Do
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the brown sugar; stir until the sugar is melted. Stir in the orange marmalade.
- Add the orange sections and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.
- Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls and top with the orange mixture. Serve immediately.
