Apple Sauerkraut

I thought this would be a sweet twist on the traditionally savory dish...and I know you won't miss the sausage!
What You'll Need
- 1 can (27 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 2 cup apple juice
- 1 large red Delicious apple, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
What to Do
- In a soup pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the apple is tender, stirring occasionally.
