So thick and creamy delicious that it can be a salad, a spread, a sandwich filling. You name it...it's "eggs-actly" perfect!
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (15-ounce) can peas, drained
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add mayonnaise and peas and toss quickly to coat; remove from heat.

Transfer to a medium-sized bowl and add remaining ingredients; mix until well combined. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
