Need to set out a platter of something impressive for guests? Then we've got just the solution with this easy lunch recipe for our Simple Antipasto Platter. We use a few prepared ingredients to throw together this sample plate in a hurryit only takes about ten minutes. Serve alongside some crackers or breadsticks, and you'll be pleased to see everyone gathering around to grab some munchies. It'll add a sophisticated touch to any event without you having to put in much effort!
What You'll Need
- 1 (4-ounce) log goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (16-ounce) jar picked okra, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives, rinsed and drained
- 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and cut into strips
- 1 (4-ounce) package sliced salami
- Assorted crackers and breadsticks
What to Do
- Roll goat cheese log in parsley to coat evenly; place on a serving platter.
- Arrange okra and next 3 ingredients on platter around goat cheese. Serve with crackers and breadsticks.
Notes
If you can open a jar, you can arrange this platter. Simply roll a log of goat cheese in chopped fresh parsley then just arrange these or your other favorite antipasto items around it for an effortless and tasty party offering.
