Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Who says chocolate can only be eaten at the end of a meal? We think Chocolate Chip Pancakes are a great way to start off the day!
What You'll Need
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
What to Do

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips; mix well with a spoon then stir in chocolate chips.

Preheat a greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, pour batter onto griddle.

Turn pancakes after 2 to 3 minutes, when the tops bubble, then cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until golden.
