Spicy Chicken 'n' Pasta

Shake up your supper lineup with our Spicy Chicken 'n' Pasta. If you want to make it tongue-tingling spicy, use hot salsa instead.
What You'll Need
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pound skinned and boned chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 (16-ounce) jar medium salsa (see headnote)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce penne pasta, cooked
What to Do
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add celery and next 3 ingredients, saute 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add chicken, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until done, stirring often.
- Stir in salsa and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Serve over penne pasta.
