No need to pre-heat your oven for an insanely creamy and decadent dessert. Everyone will want a piece of this graham cracker crust filled with a chilled, coffee-infused whip. That's why we call it Irresistible Mocha Pie.
What You'll Need
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 pint heavy (2 cups) cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 cup coffee-flavored liqueur or strong black coffee
- 1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker pie crust
What to Do

In a small saucepan, heat water and gelatin over medium heat, stirring constantly 1 to 2 minutes until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a large bowl, with an electric beater on high speed, beat cream until foamy. Slowly add sugar and cocoa, beating until mixture is stiff. Fold in liqueur and cooled gelatin mixture until well blended.

Spoon mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until filling is firm.
