What You'll Need
- 1 (6-serving) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/2 cup milk

- 1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoon coarsely chopped peanuts
What to Do
- In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well combined. Add peanut butter and continue whisking until smooth. Spoon into pie crust.
- Spread whipped topping over peanut butter mixture and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, or until pudding is set.
Notes
To make this a crunchy peanut butter pie, use crunchy peanut butter in place of the creamy. If you prefer to add a bit more chocolate flavor, garnish it with miniature semisweet chocolate chips sprinkled over the whipped topping.
