What You'll Need
- 5 pound pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
What to Do
- Place spareribs in a large pot and add just enough water to cover them; boil ribs over medium-high heat 30 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Place ribs in a large roasting pan and baste heavily with sauce. Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally and turning once after 15 minutes. Remove ribs from pan and cut apart every 2 to 3 ribs for easier eating. Serve with remaining sauce.
