What You'll Need
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 1/2 pound red-skinned potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 6 to 7 potatoes)
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Toss potatoes in mixture, coating evenly.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until crisp and golden.
