- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt; mix well.
