What You'll Need

  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl,  tossing gently.  Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 8 hours.

Notes

This easy dish is so obliging! You can serve it cold as a salad or warm as a side dish. Drizzle it with balsamic vinegar for even more flavor.
