No-Salt Herb Blend

There are so many great spices, herbs, and blends. Experiment with this one and enjoy all the wonderful flavors!

What You'll Need

  • 4 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 teaspoon ground savory
  • 4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

What to Do

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Crush with the back of a spoon, or transfer small amounts to a mortar and pestle and crush.

  3. Store in a shaker or tightly covered container.

  4. Makes about 1 cup.


Notes

Sprinkle over fish, chicken, salads, or vegetables.
