When it comes to portable lunches, the wraps have it! (And these are so fresh and colorful, the kids'll never trade 'em for something else!)
What You'll Need
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
- 1 package (8 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 3/4 pound sliced deli turkey
- 16 slices (12 ounces total) yellow American cheese
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
What to Do
- Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of ham, spinach, turkey, and cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla jellyroll-style and place each one seam-side down on a separate piece of waxed paper. Roll up in the waxed paper, tying each end. Slice in half, and serve.
Notes
Keep 'em guessing and use a different flavor or type of tortilla, such as spinach, sun-dried tomato, or even whole-wheat, each time you make these.
