Deli Wraps

When it comes to portable lunches, the wraps have it! (And these are so fresh and colorful, the kids'll never trade 'em for something else!)

What You'll Need

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
  • 1 package (8 ounces) fresh baby spinach
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli turkey
  • 16 slices (12 ounces total) yellow American cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

What to Do

  1. Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of ham, spinach, turkey, and cheese.

  2. Roll up each tortilla jellyroll-style and place each one seam-side down on a separate piece of waxed paper. Roll up in the waxed paper, tying each end. Slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Keep 'em guessing and use a different flavor or type of tortilla, such as spinach, sun-dried tomato, or even whole-wheat, each time you make these.
