This is a Great Recipe.. To make even quicker... Yes, use canned chicken, I use 2 large cans chicken breast. Omit the ranch mix and sour cream and add ranch dressing out of a bottle... Mix everything together and cook on stove top! Another tip.. to make it even spicier... add shredded jack cheese(1 - 2 cups whatever amount you wish..) This is really good for low carb diets.

This is very good! You can use ranch in a bottle instead of the powered stuff.. and you can use canned chicken. You can put this in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes or so... soooo good! I recommend using Franks hot sauce.

you can indeed make this in the oven. My sister in law made this in her oven. She mixed everything together and put it in her 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.. It was soooo good!!!! you can use regular ranch in a bottle instead of the powder ranch.

I've made this in a crock pot to take to pot lucks and I've made it in the oven for guests at my house. I prefer the oven because it gets the dip bubbly and it brings out more flavor and the texture isn't as gluey.

This was good but really hot! I will make it again, but next time I will try using about 1/4 cup of hot sauce and add more if needed. Maybe it was the brand I used???

My family is literally addicted to this dip! I like this recipe better than the cheesy buffalo chicken dip that won the award!
