My mother used to make a really simple chocolate mousse and I really loved it, so I am pretty sure I will love this recipe, too. It doesn't seem very time consuming and I love coffee, so I like the use of the instant coffee, to give it some extra flavor. This would be a great and easy Christmas dessert.
