The stuffing that goes inside of the stuffed tomatoes looks like it would be good to stuff mushrooms with two. I tried to stuff measure already prepared in the grocery store but they never seem fresh to me so I'll be glad to make my own.

The tomato pesto pie looks good but I'm going to swap the almonds on the top for sliced black olives. I like that it's got ricotta cheese in it. I love it but I want to do more with it than just lasagna so here's my chance.
