What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (12-ounce) jars marinated and quartered artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Toasted baguette slices or assorted crackers
What to Do
- Stir together first 5 ingredients. Spoon into a 3-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting 3-1/2 hours, or until light golden. Stir well before serving. Serve with baguette slices or assorted crackers.
