Frozen Pineapple Mango Daiquiris

It’s summer and that means it’s time for the pool or beach, and of course plenty of frosty favorites. If you’re looking for a cool and refreshing tropical favorite, you won’t want to miss this. We infused these daiquiris with a generous amount of rum, but if you prefer tequila, vodka, or gin…go for it! There are no rules. So, what are you waiting for? Sip away!!
What You'll Need
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups refrigerated pineapple mango juice
- 3/4 cup light rum
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
- Pineapple chunks for garnish
What to Do
- In a blender on high speed, combine pineapple, mango, ice cream, juice, and rum; blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, cherry, and pineapple. Serve immediately.

Go ahead and change up the fruit and juice flavors to create a variety of delicious drinks. To make these non-alcoholic, just substitute the rum with more juice.
