Beer Rolls

When the gang butters you up to make these Beer Rolls, don't tell them they're so easy that you have a barrel of fun baking them!
What You'll Need
- 4 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) can beer
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon equally into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm, or allow to cool slightly then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Note
It's so simple to make our Beer Rolls and keep 'em handy in the freezer in a resealable plastic storage bag. Then you can just pop 'em in the microwave or toaster oven to warm before serving.

You can get the Bisquick baking mix copycat recipe here: http://www.food.com/recipe/original-bisquick-baking-mix-copycat-357101 They also give the recipe in metric units of measurement as well as US units of measurement.

I just wanted to confirm your reader's comment from Mar.19,2011...yes it is 1/4 cup of sugar in this recipe.
