Question can I use dried orange zest in place of zest from oranges? Will the flavor be the same?

Hi there! While the Test Kitchen has not made this recipe using dried orange zest, we do believe that it is an okay substitution. Dried orange zest will not produce as strong of an orange flavor as fresh, however. Enjoy!

This is my FAVORITE cake!! But be aware.....it is addictive! I will also slice the bundt cake into pieces, flash freeze on wax paper, and then put into freezer bags. That way I can take one out, let it thaw a few minutes, or microwave a few seconds....or even eat it frozen! It really is "ooh so good!"

I know, it might be a silly question, but is the baking temp. the same as on the box or because of the added ingredients, a little higher or lower? Making it today for the first time. Smells yummilicious! :)
