Not all chicken salads are created equal. Our Hot Chicken Salad has everything a cold chicken salad would have, with the exception of that hot out of the oven" comforting twist that's sure to be welcome on a chilly night. "
What You'll Need
- 4 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon chicken mixture into an ungreased 7- x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips, and bake 10 more minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.

Hi there! We had the Test Kitchen take a second look at this recipe and made some changes. You can use any size baking dish in this recipe and it will turn out well. Enjoy!

@felinephyllis-Not all people are restricted on their sodium intake. Each cook must evaluate if a recipe is suitable for their needs and tastes. Your blanket condemnation, based upon your personal opinion, is not appropriate.
