What You'll Need
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Italian dressing (see Note)
- 3 pounds flattened boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or turkey cutlets
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder; mix thoroughly. Pour Italian dressing into a shallow dish; dip cutlets in dressing then in bread crumb mixture, until well coated.
- Arrange cutlets on prepared baking sheet and bake 35 minutes, or until cooked and no pink remains.
Note
One way to cut down on calories is to use light or reduced-calorie Italian dressing.
