I never purchase ketchup because none of the family uses it, is there something else I could use instead?

Unfortunately there is no substitute for ketchup in this recipe because it is a main ingredient.

OOOOH it's so GOOD. Made this last night but grilled my chicken prior to adding to the sauce. Great lime taste.

my family loves this recipe, my picky son asks for it frequently. I was not able to find a 6 oz limeade, so we always double the sauce, which everyone likes because they all love it on rice

Great recipe, my company loved it. I served it with Zatarans Caribbean rice, that has pineapple and coconut in it. Great summer dish. The left over chicken was great heated up and served on sandwichs the next day

I used sliced turkey breast for this recipe and for an extra added kick, I also added about a half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and I used cherry limeade. Makes a delicious dish, but I like rice with this dish because of the peppy kick with the cayenne pepper.

Excellent recipe! Served it with Quinoa, green beans and margaritas! No leftovers!
