What You'll Need

  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

What to Do

  1. Sprinkle Creole seasoning on both sides of chicken. Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet. Place chicken on a serving platter; set aside, and keep warm.
  2. Add maple syrup and sugar to drippings in skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in pecans, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Spoon pecan mixture over chicken.
