What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
What to Do
- Sprinkle Creole seasoning on both sides of chicken. Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet. Place chicken on a serving platter; set aside, and keep warm.
Add maple syrup and sugar to drippings in skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in pecans, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Spoon pecan mixture over chicken.
