Zippy Black-Bean Chili

Have you ever tried a chili recipe with ground beef and black beans, too? Here's one of my standbys: a chili that's quick to fix with a flavor that'll have everybody coming back for more!
What You'll Need
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (19-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8-ounce) jar hot salsa
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
What to Do
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well. Add chili powder; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add black beans, tomatoes, and salsa; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
