Pineapple Carrot Slaw

This chilly salad is sure to beat the summer heat. Its mix of fruit and carrots is a little different, but one taste and you'll be convinced that it's a match made in heaven.
What You'll Need
- 6 cups shredded carrots (about 1-1/2 pounds total)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container lemon-flavored yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
What to Do

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
