I was looking for a recipe like this. I will be hosting a card game and we ladies like to eat on the light side. I think all of the ladies will love to have a slice of this fruit pizza. With the 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese being divided four ways, not a bad deal.

These fresh fruits are just now starting to be in the local stores at a reasonable price. This would be a treat to serve on Good Friday as the kids will be home and they can help prepare it.
