What You'll Need
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 6 ounces thinly sliced maple-glazed ham
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out dough to a 12-inch square. Sprinkle with basil to 1/2-inch from edges. Top with ham slices, and sprinkle with cheese to 1/2-inch from edges.
- Roll up dough, beginning at 1 end; place seam side down on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 1-1/2-inch slices. Serve roll-ups with pasta sauce or mustard, if desired.
Notes
These roll-ups easily reheat in the microwave. Just cook on HIGH 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Makes a perfect lunch for an active family.

spread a little mayonnaise on one side of dough before rolling I sometimes soften cream cheese in microwave ( unwrap then put on ceramic plate zap for 20 seconds to soften) add 1/2 package dry ranch dressing mix then spread on one side of dough then fill with whatever I am using like ham beef chicken cheese olives onions etc. if making Italian rollups I use pepperoni hard salami even cooked Italian sausage mozzarella, Provolone or Monterey jack cheese Italian seasonings olives very thinly sliced green pepper rings and spread with a simple sauce using a simple can of tomato sauce seasoned with oregano basil garlic powder salt pepper if you like a even add a few flakes of red pepper flakes (never cayenne ) heat to blend flavors before using I use homemade pizza dough bread dough even biscuits rolled out rollups are so good and versatile

I used ground ham and casserole cheese. My grand daughter asked for the leftovers for lunch today. I definitely would make this again.
