Fresh Throw-Together Salad

This is just mixing together and couldn't be easier! Keep some on hand in the fridge for crunchy snacking.
What You'll Need
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or to desired moistness)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
What to Do
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and stir to coat broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Notes
Serve cold, so keep refrigerated. It will keep for up to 2 days.
