I am looking forward to trying this pasta sauce. It looks easy to make and will be a good way to use my crop of tomatoes this summer. We have pasta meals about every other week so it will be nice to have a sauce recipe. I always feel like jarred sauces contain too much sugar.

The sauce was very good. My one complaint is that there was not enough sauce for 16 oz. of angel hair pasta. I have a lot of pasta left over after having served pretty large portions of it with the sauce so I will have to open a jar of spaghetti sauce to take care of the remainder. I think 8 oz of pasta would be a better choice.

Haven't posted before so didn't realize I should rate the recipe. I give it 5 stars!!!

As I am inundated with Roma tomatoes that come up voluntarily every summer in my garden, I tried this sauce. It was exquisite to say the least. Will definitely make it again and am freezing my Roma tomatoes so I can have this all winter. (Just wash the tomatoes and let dry. Then bag them, pop them in your freezer and you can take them out and use them in all kinds of cooking recipes.)

Easy to fix. Delicious!

What a wonderful recipe for all those tomatoes everyone gives to you each September. If fact, we will at times skip the pasta (I used a combo of pastas in my pantry to prepare the basic 5* recipe) and next time simply use this recipe as a veggie side dish. This will be our go to for cooked fresh tomatos forever! Both with and without the pasta. Thanks.

Tastes awesome and was unbelievably quick & easy to prepare.

The food looks very fresh and ready to eat in the picture.
