Do you have a recipe for "Clotted Cream" that the English use on their scones?

Hi there! While we do not have a recipe for clotted cream, we do have a delicious alternative. May we suggest our Homemade Whipped Cream recipe? :) Enjoy! http://www.mrfood.com/Misc-Desserts/Homemade-Whipped-Cream

Well, I have finally made this recipe. Quite easy to form the dough with your hands (it got a bit crumbly so I added more cream to make it workable). It was delish.. I was proud of myself. They are best eaten the first 24 hrs.

I kinda sorta failed ... but it made 8 large scones and they were delicious! Everyone ate them up. These are a bit tricky to make, but I will try them again. Great recipe! Thanks! (P.S. I used and froze fresh raspberries ... the packaged frozen ones get too runny!)

1-Form dough into a 14" X 4" loaf and ....do you fold it over ??....then press with hands so it will hold together? 2-Can any type of berry work in this recipe? strawberries, blueberries, etc 3-Will other fruits work as well such as peaches, apricots, apples, etc?
