What You'll Need

- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (8ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground chuck in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain in a colander, discarding drippings. Return meat to skillet.
-
Add pizza sauce, and stir well. Stir in quartered biscuits. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes.
-
Sprinkle with cheeses, bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Cutting each biscuit into fourths creates the bubbly-looking topping on this cheesy deep-dish pizza casserole.

Think I'll try this on the weekend for my family, they like anything that taste and smells like pizza. It'll be the hit of the day!
