You'll wanna make pizza night every night with these Plum Tomato Pizza Squares because, holy cow, they're something to love! Wanna make a meal that everyone's gonna be happy with? Well, here's the dish for you!
What You'll Need
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 1/2 cup (6 ounces) shredded pizza cheese blend, divided
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons prepared minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Fit pizza crust onto a lightly greased 10-inch by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Increase the oven temperature to 375 degrees. Stir together 1 cup cheese, the mayonnaise, and next 4 ingredients; spread mixture over pizza crust. Top with sliced tomatoes, and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
