Mustardy Pork Chops

- COOK TIME
- 15 Min
The mustard does the trick here, 'cause it adds so much flavor...simply!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pork chops (6 to 8 ounces each)
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chops; mix well.
- Place the chops in a single layer in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops and let sit for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chops for 12 to 15 minutes or until no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.
Notes
My preference is to use Dijon-style mustard, but I've tried these with plain yellow mustard and the results are still lip-smackin' good.
