I made this and we loved it. I will make this again. Instead of green beans I used asparagus. I also used Bratwurst sausages I had in the freezer.

I'm thinking about using smoked sausage, potatoes, frozen stir fry vegetables and either bottled Italian dressing or ranch dressing. What do you think?

Have made this dish several times and my hubby and I love it. Used small red-skinned potatoes and added fresh mushrooms to personalize it to our taste.

What are baby creamer potatoes?

Hi there! Baby creamer potatoes are a small and round kind of potato that can be found in the potato section of your local grocery store. :) Enjoy!

I love simple all-in-one meals like this, and I love not having to stand over a stove!

It was okay but if I make it again, next time I'll spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray first. The vegetables stuck to the pan like crazy!

I simply line my sheet with foil.

I made this tonight, and my picky husband loved it. It is so easy to make. I didn't have green beans so I used asparagus. I will be making this again.

Just made this last night, and it was a hit with the family. I didn't change a thing except for using frozen string bean that I let defrost before adding to the pan and I used baby red potatoes. I put all the vegetables in a zip lock bag and tossed to coat everything. This recipe was really easy, no pots and pans to clean and was truly delicious!! Thank you for a great recipe that I will be making again.

Thank you for posting this! I was considering using red potatoes and frozen green beans as well. Sounds yummy!

Can I use kielbasa for this?

Hi there! Yes, you can use kielbasa for this for this recipe. Enjoy!

Where d you get the Baby Creamer potatoes?

Hi there! You can find baby creamer potatoes in most grocery stores next to the other fresh potatoes, usually in the produce section. If you cannot find them, white potatoes that are cut into quarters can be substituted. Enjoy!

Do you have to peel the potatoes? I just made Mr. Foods corned beef hash with red potatoes, and my husband didnt like the skin. When I use Yukon Gold potatoes, when I want to roast them, I dont usually peel them. What about these creamers?
