- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
What to Do
- Brush tenderloins with olive oil, run evenly with seasoning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Place pork on grill rack; grill, covered, 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 155 degrees. Remove from grill, and let stand, covered, 10 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Slice thinly, and serve.
