Garlic and Hot Pepper Marinade

This Garlic and Hot Pepper Marinade isn't for the faint-hearted, but it sure is good!
What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeƱo peppers
- 1 tablespoon chicken-flavored instant bouillon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
What to Do
- Mix together all the ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Makes 1 cup
Notes
Use as a marinade for chicken turkey breasts. Marinate in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 hour, turning occasionally, then cook as desired.
