What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of the meat of your choice and grill to desired doneness.
