Dijon Dressing

Whisk together this easy and flavorful Dijon Dressing in a snap and enjoy it over salads or as a super marinade or sauce for grilled veggies!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon sugar
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Makes 1-3/4 cups dressing.
Note
This also makes a great marinade or sauce for brushing over vegetable slices before grilling.

This is a delicious and versatile dressing, I added just a pinch more mustard. It goes well with steamed veggies topped with just a little grated cheese, my guests loved it.

I'm a cardiac pt. I love all your recipes! I would love it if you would label heart healthy & Which have low calaries. If that would be possible in future some time it would mean a lot to people that already lived the other way. Randy
