Back to School Wraps: Pepperoni Pizza Wraps

These trade-proof back-to-school lunch wrap ideas offer loads of healthy options sure to earn a thumbs-up from both kids and parents alike!
What You'll Need
- 2 (6- to 8-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
What to Do
- Heat tortillas according to package instructions. Place warm tortillas on a cutting board.
- Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each wrap. Sprinkle oregano over each and top equally with pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
- From the end closest to you, roll up each wrap firmly, rolling away from you, jellyroll style. Place each wrap on a piece of wax paper and roll up tightly. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.

Make sure you don't put too much pizza sauce and or it'll just all squirt out on the student. These are a good start but you have to be okay with a cold or room temperature tortilla and sauce and pepperoni but I guess lots of people like cold pizza so if you're one of those then you probably would like this very much.
